Automation workflows I've built to cut down on repetitive IT work at a major music label.

The problem
A lot of IT work is the same thing over and over — onboarding people, tracking licenses, generating reports, routing tickets. I was doing too much of it manually.
What I built
A set of Power Automate workflows hooked into SharePoint and Teams to handle the repetitive stuff. Nothing fancy, just practical:
- Onboarding and offboarding flows
- License tracking and renewal alerts
- Auto-generated reports
- Basic ticket routing
Built each one quick, got feedback, improved it. Repeat.
Result
Most of the routine admin runs on its own now. Onboarding went from hours to minutes. I spend less time on busywork and more time on things that actually matter.
